Kilawin na baboy

Its been a long time that I have'nt ate this kind of food, yesterday was the partly of my nephew, this is one of the delicacy that have been served. So I would like to share to you how to cook this kind of dishes. The best thing of this dish is there is no fats presence, all meat. But the problem with this, after you ate, you will feel hot in you body.

Ingredients:
1 kilo pork
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup Vinegar
2 medium onions, chopped
4 cups of water
1 teaspoon salt

Procedures:

In a casserole, put pork in water and some salt.

Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes or until the pork is tender and the skin is soft.
Remove pork from water.

Slice the pork into bite sized pieces while still hot.

OR

Skip the 1-3 steps, instead grilled/fry the pork and slice it.

Place in a bowl and add vinegar, soy sauce and chopped, uncooked onions.

Serve immediately!

Currently I am a 4th year student taking the up Information technology. I took up this course because I was influenced by the arising technology world. Since it is now in the 20th century, the century of technology, I was inspired to be one of the computer expert in the world, to be known and be known.

Did you think its just easy to learned it?Definitely NO!, it requires analogical and critical thinking, math lover is also an advantage with this course since its composed of convertion numbers to binary,hexadecimal and a like. In addition this course have ip address formulation, which means there is a given ip address and you need to formulate other ip addresses to connect to other computer. And luckily I got high grades with this subject. This is one step away to be a CISCO Certified proffesional.

This Cisco certification program equips us with necessary skills on how to install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot router and switched networks. I myself undergone several exercises and activities in our class, and most of all the skill test which you will network several stations for an allotted time.

In reality, computer job opportunities is rapidly emerging in the society. In line with this, Cisco certified professional is one of the top ranking professionals needed in the company. Why Cisco not programmers? First of all,the two has big difference between them, programmers is in coding and thinking and analogy, but Cisco certified professionals need skills,mental thinking and analogy. So me myself I’m planning to get a Cisco certification as soon as I finishing my bachelor degree in IT. I know this will be a great enhancment to my credibility as IT professional.

Filipino style Spaghetti

Care for pasta anyone? Spaghetti is one of the main menus if pasta is taking about. Here in our country, the Philippines, spaghetti is on of the main delicacy in celebrating birthdays, specifically on children parties, but this is not just for children, it for everyone! So try this pasta recipe!

Ingredients:
1 kg. tomato sauce
3 pieces laurel leaves (bay leaves)
1/4 cup brown or white sugar
2 green bell peppers, diced
2 onions, chopped
1 head garlic, minced
3 tablespoons of cooking oil
1 cup of water
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup grated cheese

Procedures:
Cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions.

In a sauce pan or wok, sauté garlic and onions in cooking oil.

Add ground beef, ground pork, laurel leaves, bell pepper and a cup of water. Bring to a boil
and let simmer for 10 minutes.

Add tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste then let simmer for another 10 minutes

Add brown sugar and hotdogs. Continue to simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

Serve with the cooked spaghetti noodles and grated cheese on top.
